As for me it's depends , if fulfil by lazada , it's much sincere to offer a voucher RM10-25 for 1 weeks redeem or RM5 for 1 month redeem.
If the seller who manipulate or bait buyer simply put price tag RM1 more than 3-5 times to buy later they cancel , lazada should enforce some rules.
I even saw some stuff promote selling at RM99999 , surely a lot of item at the price.Consider glitch or seller simply tag the price ?

If really glitch , bait , or something else and wanted a win-win situation , come out with a point system , if got cancel -1 point.Accumulate 3-5 cancel point will give out sorry voucher no minimum purchase of 20%.

Oh , I really dont know about that where merchant will get fine if simply put price but I saw a lot of price tag RM9999
Last time at g5 clicka$ia promote price like below mininum for hard disk or something later on all got cancel and charge for delivery fee.How is the case again ?

I just worry lazada will stop giving those voucher if people purposely find RM1 items later for the sorry voucher :shake:

Need some guide on law , does lazada actually store our details like cc/address details and etc when we purchase something ? Whe I see they knew our payment method and address eventhough I didn't save them ? it save by default ? is it dangerous ?

Lets say bought an item , wanted to self collect but

1. Who should I call ? Lazada CS ? or the Seller ?
2. when I should call ? If lazada CS , after purchase , call them ? or wait until they send the shipment tracking number and call the courier company ?

3. If courier company not updated , or lazada not updated , what I should do ?


Finally , anyone miss any item bought when you guys didn't pick up the item or no one at home to do the pick up ? what did you guys do them ?

Thanks for the explaination , I guess lazada should come up with an option to self pickup option within 3 hours after the order where you can select to send to door step or self collect.
Not everyone at home and so trouble some where some courier service didn't handle the parcel carefully.
