well in this case, i also hate this when they cancel orders
if they have stocks but they cancel orders, probably someone screwed up ; price too low below cost, or someone was slow in processing
if they dun have stocks and they cancel orders, also someone screwed up already; shouldnt happen to let customers add to cart and proceed to pay!!!
imo, they should not cancel if third party sellers were late in delivering the goods, if goods lost in transit should also resend to customers...
cancellation for delay in delivery should be decided by customers, because still up to customers if they want the goods. Why they rush to close up and clean the mess that they began?
it's not good that it's always at their discretion in these aspects of shopping from them,
they can cancel orders
they can blacklist us
they can flag us up as resellers
they can manipulate and forcibly remove buyers' reviews
they can fail to deliver on promises
while we cant possibly give them bad rep!
especially lazada, not as a platform operator, but as a seller!
as a seller, lazada is damn well shielded, we cant give them bad rep or rate them low.
imo their service must be further upped to lessen unpleasant shopping experience
If sellee late ship out or shipping delay ur order will auto confirm received item and proceed to pay to seller?
Lazada way is more to protect buyer. Once cancelled will auto refund. Buyer wont get payment and if shipped out d cant claim back money from lazada.
The only reason being grumpy is flash sale and/or glitch gets cancelled.
