imo, they should not cancel if third party sellers were late in delivering the goods, if goods lost in transit should also resend to customers...

cancellation for delay in delivery should be decided by customers, because still up to customers if they want the goods. Why they rush to close up and clean the mess that they began?


it's not good that it's always at their discretion in these aspects of shopping from them,

they can cancel orders
they can blacklist us
they can flag us up as resellers
they can manipulate and forcibly remove buyers' reviews
they can fail to deliver on promises

while we cant possibly give them bad rep!

as a seller, lazada is damn well shielded, we cant give them bad rep or rate them low.

imo their service must be further upped to lessen unpleasant shopping experience

very normal, they dont have all the items u ordered in same location, so they also dont waster time by shipping partially

if ur order got delivery charges and u paid, then they come to many times also doesnt matter, u already paid ma, that's their problem, usually lazada's cost

if ur order free shipping, also doesnt affect u, because they want to finish the delivery on time for you...


like me always buy small items, free shipping, they come separately, in the end they just want to settle customer's order...
