if the tracking number/details not in your LZD account, then call LZD customer service to get the tracking ref number and who is the courier.

Then call the courier and arranged with them for self-collection (if available ie item not sent out already, taken by the delivery guy already from the company). But sometimes there will be mix-up at courier side, miscommunication - u must be prepared for that lor.

i emailed LZD regarding one of my items which already exceeds lead delivery time.

Then i wanted to email LZD CS again regarding another separate order number which has also exceeded the lead delivery time. But it shows "error message" from lzd, tried few times.

Can only send 1 complaint email per 1 account or per 1 day ke?

LZD CS has called me already, v quick response, not bad and polite.

but not really resolved anything, just telling me what shows up in my account anyway and that they will expedite the shipping.

Doesn't LZD have local staff anymore?
