It depends. Sometimes they don't have the manpower to do it. So they delay and delay. Or, not enough time in their schedule to deliver.

Lots of possibilities. Best is to get Lazada CS to give you the transporter company. Most likely they will. Is the delivery time still within as promised in your order? If yes, Lazada CS will tell you to be patient. If no, then ..... Drama......time

To all air con buyers, may I know do you get 3rd party installer to it or by seller themselves?

I want to install one aircon 1HP in my house. Got anyone can recommend if you have it?

Either source locally or from TB. Depending the usage after a year or two, hopefully filter pricing don't increase massively.....
