I just got a delivery from LEX... in fact I am surprised by the excellent service... got a call and delivery guy mentioned he was in front of my house... i told him I am at shopping mall that time and he agreed to come to mall and meet me to pass me my parcel... i waited at the roadside outside the mall and got my item.... i told the delivery guy... awesome customer service... i no need to waste time to go collect again.....

As usual...Item out of stock.

Well... at last LZD replied me and replace the invalid rm10 voucher.

This is my mistake actually. I bought using the RM10 voucher, then I accidentally cancelled it when I checking my order. So, the voucher became invalid then.
Since the item been cancel, mean the voucher actually not utilised yet, so I ask if they're kind enough to replace a new voucher for me, and they did!
