Been reading on the comments and most user are complaining about the slowness of Digi data network. Some complained even 4G full bar, the connection is slow and pages could not load properly. Some even said they subscribe tons of data e.g. 10GB, 25GB but data cannot be used due to slowness. Also been reading that people throw eggs at Digi HQ and people smashing glasses on Digi Stores due to deduction of credit without permission from Digi.

What say you? Are you one of them? Kindly share out your line experience with Digi for the past few months.

My 4g tak boleh guna 1...
I had to switch to 3g to use..
With slower loading speed, but atleast it can load..
Not like 4g.. spin forever...

Some areas 3G/H/H+ also cannot pakai, termasuk the 4G cannot pakai also!

I'm glad that I'm still using Yes 4G LTE since most phone couldn't support the network and I can get good speed with cheap quotas. Getting 80Mbps is quite common in the place I stayed(Kajang).

mine is ok. smart prepaid on redmi note 4.
at home batu caves, gombak all ok on 4g. at work kl sentral also no issue.
subscribed lots of data. never wasted. lol

Yea because everyone using other network end up yes very smooth. I don't believe u getting 80mbps because broadband most I seen get 5mbps and let 30mbps

just wait until digi built new illegal tower.

Digi no representative here. Xox also no representative, only agents mostly.
those who encounter problem with Digi line, have you tried to do complaint to MCMC?

Digi at my house and workplace quite ok.

Before this barely manage to get 4G signal but after complain the 4G coverage get better.

I can get quite a decent 4G speed. Around 10-15Mbps download.

I live in JB.

I'm porting to Infinite 150. Hopefully its ok. Fingercross.

Me using digi prepaid since 2015 but seldom use la coz use when go back hometown je
Coverage is 3g n speed around 4-5mbps only
But the reason i still stick with it coz daily internet pakej
Last yr got 1.5gb for rm4 daily
Now 3gb for rm3 daily

I balik kg around 3-4 days so daily pakej is enough for me
The rest of telco is expensive for daily

1 yr used about 5-6 times

I think live in city should be okay bah

City not necessary got good data connection. Maybe it's equipped with 4G data but sometimes the data is not usable! (Data not jalan at all)

Exactly. this is what Digi should address the complaints about. If 4G also cannot pakai, then what's the point subscribing to Digi? We pay for 4G (Fast Data Connection).

Yes quota give u unlimited but connection sucks no point also. I hope Digi can continuously improves the data connection

Yeah, load slow for me at Cheras... Even with 4G...
At indoor is even worse. Last time, this kind of issue is only happen once in a while.
But, this time the issue persist for nearly a weeks d. Called and ask every time give different excuses or some general solution. It's not helping at all. I can tolerance til end of this month. If the problem still persist on April, I think I am the next who bring golf club to visit their hq.

nope.. but in building coverage mostly become E. At my home average 10 mbps..If middle town average 20 mbps.. Maybe digi not so good in big building yet.. Coverage seem okay..
Now celcom pretty bad.. outside and inside also the same..

Digi now is better than Celcom. This is for sure. Just wait for the spectrum allocation works complete and see how.

I don't think it apply in every location lor.
My celcom line seem faster than colleague's line...
Both also showing 4G at the same location...

i notice that my data connection more stable & speedier when staying nearer to the certain windows of my house. Maybe thats the ONG spot

The said my area maybe congested because of constant change of 4G, H+, H and E. Even 4G speed also quite slow. Have to use wifi. Staying at condominium unit 8th floor.

They said they have to check congestion and come back to me. My area also already done with the spectrum allocation.

This also happens on Digi. Some of my friends also told me this. The reason is this Telco is not stable lo.

I stay nearby the hillslopes. Maybe that's the reason. Summore is a condominium 11th floor.

Shifted from Umobile to Digi .. cos umobile cant use my office VPN.

Horrible experience in terms of internet speed.. thinking of alternate solution and switch batch to umobile or try maxis.

I did lash my frustation in other DIGI thread.. but kena sound.. I guess some ppl really love DIGI that much...

I ported out already... now can make a decent phone call without being cut off..

Maxis needless to say. They r stable in their data connection. Maxis sure wins on top of all telcos.
