hi guys.. just wondering how does the payment for TNB and Unifi through shoppee works... so we click buy in shopee app... key in credit card details....then give them our TNB and Unifi account details.. they pay our bills... then shoppee release the money to them .. am I right ? So then for cashback purposes.. the transaction date is the day where we click 'buy' in shopee or the date where the money is released to the vendor ?

hi guys... just wondering.. based on my latest statement, i have spend RM742 on 25 OCT and another RM112 on 31OCT. However, I only received RM20 cashback this month... so does it mean cashback is calculated based on posting date and not transaction date ?
