Just to update but it has been reported earlier

My transaction for Syabas and TNB via UOBpayonline is not eligible for 6% CB.
Total of RM64.15 which cost me around RM3.82 CB.

Since M2C is back, mot probably will stop using this card already.

if your total spending excluded TNB is less than 800, you will lost more

This month probably not using YOLO. Competition is heating up from MBB Amex.
*
MBB Amex is 6.25% equivalent in CB > YOLO 6%
Plus there is no minimum spending for Amex

You decide.

Not all transaction is 6.25%, some categories 0tp or 1tp. refer below link for more detail

Yes not all but most of it. Therefore my statement still stands.

But uob have the cashback promo now, up to rm 300. Quite tempting but allocation is too little (50x rm300 prize and 200 x rm50 prize)

I can allocate retail transactions > rm1500 on monday morning but i feel making into first 50 will be very very hard.
*
Ya. Not guaranteed CB.
If you take that into factor then it's another story.

As previously mentioned a lot of time, we cannot prevent this from happening since we cannot prevent other user to question UOB

I've been charged the annual fee today (anniversary month is Oct). Will call CS soon to ask for waiver, since I've been using YOLO for at least 1x per month.
*
Weird. Mine is auto waived for AF, but need to call in to waived the gst on AF.

Sorry, you are wrong. Banks need to inform customers 21 days in advance for any changes.

And sorry you are wrong again, T&C is a valid document which can be used to go against banks if they are in fault. I have used before for UOB and UOB called to apologize and solved for me and other cardholders (VOX late cash back crediting issue).

Finally, you are wrong for the last time, BNM is not for display. Many have complained before and we got back what we deserved from banks. I have complained few times via BNM and all solved with no issue. Banks will act accordingly with BNM involvement.

For CIMB cash back, I got mine solved with BNM's involvement.
*
Some people just believe in what they believe in.
Self trust belief system embedded deep within their soul.

Anyway i have not deal with BNM before but i believe the information from this thread does boost up the confidence level when we want to really make a report to BNM.

What is not clear from T&C, if you meet the 16x swipe early on (say 1st day of month) and the pool runs out on 10th day of month, does your spending after the 10th day get cashback? Otherwise really like PBB, have to quickly spend 1st day to get cashback...

Especially difficult since Payonline spending not counted as online for YOLO if I recall.
*
Ya limited to few merchants in uopayonline like maxis, digi, celcom.
Pay using maxispay is safest bet, means need to overpay like several months ahead.

Honestly, I also didn't understand his post even after reading it for few times. laugh.gif

Envy you guys with PBB cards... RM 38 for VS is far better than YOLO which may end up nothing. doh.gif
*
Sis like i mentioned way earlier.
Can try for entry level card like PB Visa Gold, then only proceed with others PBB card.

Anyway i applied for PB Visa Gold for the purpose of BT 6 mths 0% at that time with min 6k per bank.

When PB quantum appeared, i applied and straight approved.

OK, then it is UOB issue. I was about to ask you guys, I tried to input payment via MyDigi app just now and cannot go through.

I managed to pay on 1st midnight though, already completed 16 payments.
*
16 payments with average value or min RM1?
I was thinking to activate back UOB card for online payment since it's cashback is higher.
But that would mean i need to overpay for my phone bills since uobpayonline is not eligible.

This type of top spender contest.
If you own a shop with CC machine can win already.

My friend won a Rolex from Maybank this way
*
serious?
Then no need to think of winning from conventional retail purchase method

But if you own the shop, you're paying the 1.x-2% charge on the amount you swipe..... worth it? What if you don't win because some businessman decided it's a good time to swipe a few hundred k on some UT?

Yes, no cash back.

Yes, FCFS, if already depleted you won't get cash back.
*
Exmaple:
I swipe like RM5 x 16 = RM90
Therefore i'm eligible for CB of 90 * 0.08 = 7.20 , right?
Provided FCFS
