Annual Fee charged on 1Aug, request cancellation next day received sms declined. Request for cancellation, CS said the other department will call to confirm cancellation, so far didn't received any calls. Today called again mentioned already being cancelled, but the AF amount is still in my unbilled transaction. CS team will raise the issue... Hopefully everything's fine
