I had changed my password to a temporary one at login, then changed back to my old one in the internet banking portal. It doesn't restrict us from using a previously used password.

Anybody here hasn't received the YOLO Cashback for September? I know it's given out by batches but seems like it's taking a bit longer than usual for me...

I had received it on Thursday. Maybe you can try and check with UOB by saying "others have received", even though it's not the end of the month yet? Hope it goes well for you...

I've been charged the annual fee today (anniversary month is Oct). Will call CS soon to ask for waiver, since I've been using YOLO for at least 1x per month.

Just called UOB to request for waiver and CS put me on hold to seek for approval. Shortly after that, CS confirmed right away that the request is successful and said that it will be reflected in my account in 2 days' time. smile.gif

Yea..the new TnC (clauses 15 & 16) does not exclude telco/utility payments from fulfilling the no. of transactions required, or cashback eligibility. Hope that this is true.

For TNB payment via UOBPayonline, normally how long does it take to receive the email confirmation that payment was successful?

I paid a few RM1 transactions last night but still haven't received email. I could check the payment records in the Payonline portal though.

I remember previously some reported that RM1 transactions eventually became unsuccessful? hmm.gif

Thanks for your feedback on the above. I think RM1 doesn't work on Payonline (see below) and I may have to top up some transactions to meet the eligibility criteria.

Both of Payonline transactions to pay TNB (RM1.00++) were successful and posted in my unbilled statement. This should be confirmed right, even though I didn't receive any email notification.
