I've been charged the annual fee today (anniversary month is Oct). Will call CS soon to ask for waiver, since I've been using YOLO for at least 1x per month.

For TNB payment via UOBPayonline, normally how long does it take to receive the email confirmation that payment was successful?
I paid a few RM1 transactions last night but still haven't received email. I could check the payment records in the Payonline portal though. I remember previously some reported that RM1 transactions eventually became unsuccessful? |
