Just being charged AF for this month. Is it possible to waive it? If I want to cancel now do I still need to pay the AF first?

So fed up with the 8 transactions thingy...I try to pay my telco bill through uobpayonline 7 times with RM1 but in the end only 1 transaction recorded at the unbilled transaction. Maybe next time I have to try varying amount...
