i dont remember applied for it. am going to call to cancel.

but just wanted to know more about how it works for the oustanding balance insurance

Annual fees will be charged on my card starting Sept1. CS guy asked me to call in the next day to request to waive it.

However, not all application will be successful depending on management approval.

I was wondering if any of you faced any rejection on your CS waiver request?

Just curious.. what kind of info would the management see to determine whether you are eligible for the waiver?

Same too. They asked me to called them to ask for waiver., then wait for a few days to get sms for the confirmation of waiver
