Refund in what form?

New UOB IB supports longer password now.

1. Min of 8 up to 24 characters.
2. TAC of 8 digits changed to 6-digit OTP

You login to the new interface for the first time using your current password.
Then, the system will trigger you to change your current password to a new that needs to comply to min of 8-24 characters along with other requirements.
After changed to NEW password, you'll be logged out and asked to re-login using new password.

P/S: Somehow, the interface looks buggy on Chrome. Not sure of IE/Edge.

I don't know.
I received email stating that procedures.
You can try to reuse your old password and see.

I changed this morning.
I was able to see my credit card details.

What is this? Mobile Internet Banking app?

I think what UOB did the best is to integrate UOB Pay into their app.

The app is not intelligent to turn on NFC by itself like Samsung Pay.
You have to turn it on by yourself first.

How come contradicting?

ONE card follows statement date.

UOB TAC delivery from IB down?
No SMS received upon requested 4 times.

Do you need that much?

Just call them and ask for the delivery status.
It may have been missing during the delivery course.

Over the counter purchase only.

They always want to increase my limit.
But I didn't accept it from SMS offer.

I didn't request it myself.
They offer it via SMS.

UOB just called me for cash call.
Not just a coincident or what.
Today is my statement date and card anniversary date.
They'll charge AF to my UOB ONE today.

Maybe they think if I subscribe to it. I can't cancel the card once AF is charged and have to pay for it! LOL

Let's see if I can get an AF waiver.

Previous waiver was 2/3 years ago.
