Got con by their telemarketer who mention i have 3 years waiver annual fees, ends up now their call center tell me 1 year only for Visa card and so call help me to file a humiliating waiver request.
IT IS SUPER wasting time and useless to ask for waiver. UOB just humiliate you by having u beg bunch of "management" who sitting in aircond office to "consider" your waiver request.
wat they do is ask u wait 2 days, then inhumanly send a SMS with a vague regrettably tone telling u the waiver request is not successful.
I just cancelled my card today thou.

when i did the post #1 few months back, the t&c was slightly different. something like "one swipe per month, subject to approval".

now the t&c is clear. waived upon one swipe per month. i think there were months i didn't use though. HAHA. we shall see.

hi all, anyone have any luck with uob one card annual fees waiver?? or is there a standard operating procedure , close to few weeks expiry then only can called for waiver?

RM300 campaigns I only won RM 50 even though swipe > RM 1500 on Monday morning before 10 a.m.

How come revised? After people complained ?

from the last week, i get rm300x 10 plus rm50 x4 and i swipe all aroudn 12.05am
This week, the list out , i get rm300 x14 unit.

Sorry guys, I'm new to UOB cards and I don't see what campaign you guys are referring to on the front page. Is it a one-off cashback campaign or is it reoccurring?

Just wondering, if my preferred platinum spending does not qualify for the minimum 3 Mths consecutive rm500 spend... In the TNC mentioned, access to lounge may incur 50% lounge rate chargeback.

Can anyone share your experience? If you actually entered and penalty given to u?

When is your annual fee date?
I called before my YOLO fee charge date, CS cays cannot request for waiver till annual fee charged. 

I thought the 1 swipe per month is for VOX. Not applicable for YOLO, rite?
Think I have at least 1 month without transaction. Shall see the waiver outcome in October.

I know that the eligibility list in the first post has mentioned it, but I just want to confirm.

For some other credit cards, we used to get cashback from online transactions, but recently the cashback is revoked due to some reasons (TNB and Telekom acknowledged as utilities, government-related transactions, Lazada issues and so on).

For UOB YOLO Card, do we still get 6% Cash Back for Online transaction, if we pay Maxis bill via Maxis Pay (https://pay.maxis.com.my/, on a computer)? In this case, the total spending amount (for Maxis Pay and other online transactions) is above RM 800 in a calendar month.
