Hii.. I've been living in that area since 1982. Up until now, the road is still the same. Don't think the road will be widened though. But it will be good if somebody widened it.

Anyway, I bought one unit @ level 8.

my bf's father is property developer staying in that area for over 20 years. the whole entire taman orchid is developed by him. His dad, including himself just had a conference with S*nway management about the access lane from tmn orchid- main access, highway etc.. the S*nway refused to do so, coz of the security-wise... I dun understand why! anyway, din ask further info.

Well, i am one of the owner of Ara Asa Akasia Condo. Anyone of you (buyers) know when the CF be ready? I did check with the developer, 2 versions, one said the key could be collected this month end and another said in the middle next month, so not sure.

hi Grace, just fyi .. the CF is ready and some of the owners have already moved in. Most of the units are still undergoing renovation now

i have seen the showroom in Sering Akasia..the facilities not really good especially when the swimming pool is small.it should called a mini pool..but that won't really matter as the surrounding is quite peaceful and quiet at night.i would consider buying it but the agent is selling me around rm430k..is this worth buying? i have to act fast as there is 3units left

i have cancel my booking 2 year ago...i dun like the road access to condo..from the condo view you can see a lot of "rumah papan etc..but once the whole are is developed i guess it would be better..

can i know where is it actually? can find d tmn at google map...

Anybody have moved in yet? How is the environment?

The developer penalty me a lot of money. Their panel bank delay their loan, the lawyer make mistake on their document it's took them a lot of time to get it done.
All is not my fault, the sales person promise they will put it as an special case at the end I still need to pay.

I'm going to view some unit there for sale.

Understand that the trunk road sucks... any idea if there is any bus that travel around that taman?

there's no bus travel in the residential place but u can either walk to Tmn Suntex bus stop or Tmn Cuepacs/ Alam Jaya bus stop, i think just walk around 10-15 min (subject to your walking speed) can reach either one.

Thanks will check that out any idea what's the bus Schedule like? I.e. The frequency of it

Sorry no idea. Public transport in Boleh Land not reliable dun depend on it.
