keep pushing the case to the bad side will only end up to a lose-lose situation. If we push it to the good side, we might get refund, or even better the service can be resumed. I aim for a win-win situation for the greater end. and I hope you do. We can gain nothing by reporting to the police, only more trouble and the only reason to do it is to cause damage or harm. (so if really cannot get service or refund, then report.)
