ah i'm sure he'll make a comeback one day...heck even aunt may died once (or twice?) and i'm not sure how exactly she came back to life...and now she gets shot again also by a sniper (could it be the same guy who shoots the captain??) an iconic hero such as himself can't be erased entirely from comic history
