wah.. so many went ya!
i was edy inside the stadium around 7.30pm. the first thought when i went to my seat at the front row was : what was that smell??? omg!! the toilets were just there!! can't they move them outside the stadium? no fans could blow the smell away la... secondly, a bit rain won't kill u. there were just these people rushing in front of me to get the raincoat. not even a raincoat, a garbage bag with three holes... (i for one, didn't wear it). thirdly, the echo was just too much!! it's like the front rows were edy responded and then came the back audience responding. and jc had to wait for the back to respond then only he could continue with what he was saying.. fourth, it was disrespect for people to move in front of the stage to leave. i heard what he said about ending the show coz people needed to go off early and he didn't notice we were making noises about that. if only the exit was far from the stage.... we could have another encore and the show would break wakin's record. i was so sure of that!! fifth, he left out so many songs!! if he had removed the musical part, he could have slotted more cantonese & mandarin songs. luckily those mandarin songs he picked were some of my favs. i dread hk artists choices of mandarin songs coz they thought we were mandarin speaking overall. i cried when he sang 心如刀割... sixth, he could have started the show exactly at 8.30pm but with 1/3 of the seats not taken up we had to settle for 8.40pm. and at 9pm there were people still coming in late. of coz, with the day with friday and buka puasa time, there sure to be latecomers. luckily, i took the train there and walked to carrefour for my pa to fetch me. if not... and i didn't have to walk alone. there were lots of people going that way and it's a first. seven, hopefully this is not his last concert and looking forward to his next - probably titled 'jc's evergreen concert' and then we could have his oldies all night long...hahaha. with jc, the list goes on... all in all, it was a great show, the sweat, the dance moves, the 'lotus' signature, the high pitch (signature too) and his vocals.. best!! he's the only artist that i have the casettes of (can u imagine?) and imagine the cost of getting the same cds... broke!! |
