p/s: i received the item yesterday so, should have warranty rite unless it is 2nd hand...damn again..

I think some flash player has such a problem. My first MP3 player was from Apacer and it's a 128mb. I had a similar problem but I managed to change it lah. Same problem appear not long after and I have to change it again. This happen 3 times until they gave me a new model before my warranty expires.

My advice is that stay away from all these clones. If you have to get one, get one from a shop that you can easily go back to and claim the warranty.

erm.. fake iPod, therefore the issue is in Apple Byte? Lol. first time I've seen this.

Anyways, I'm sure there is a way to reset your 'nano' to factory settings. Try to reflash to the original firmware, and do a factory reset.

i half expected some of the forumers would flame the TS.... and i sincerely think it's rather an inappropriate issue to be addressed here.

that being said,
nasty_girl.. try contacting the seller and see if he can help.

tq.
