run a game for a while, check for the highest clock speed. Normal for GC to run minimal speed if idle.

same, even during game it still ran at half.

i searched online and saw that it was caused by msi afterburner running at startup. I removed it from startup and now my card running at full speed again.

thanks for help.

did you update the driver to the latest version? sometimes the driver is the issue

yes updated. now no issue already, its caused by startup being ticked in msi afterburner, after untick and restart no more issue.
