No solid evidence, but i'm sure there will be legit people winning the big prize.

however there might be few doubts (technically possible):

1.If only 1 or few legit buyers won a jackpot, they might add in more "Winning Tickets" to split up the jackpots so they pay less money

2.For those 6/XX Jackpot the probability is very low, so it might be possible to use this as an exploit for a "Favored Payout" for many reasons.

Technically with a complex draw machine, you can actually get the exact number you want to draw out, for example set each ball with special magnets, or weight that is hard to tell from hand but easily detected by machine etc, and use a software to compute out the numbers that will output the lowest overall payouts. there will still be many people winning due to the amount of bets placed.

3.to win big claims you have to fulfill all the T&C, legit ticket, legit age, non-muslim, Ticket must be in good condition etc.
