I came across a friend who told me that her salary for the month of FEB is being calculated based on the formula below:
Gross Pay / 26 working days X no of working days
Due to this, her salary is RM500 less than her basic pay!!! She did consult the accounts but the answer given is b'coz she's still under probation period.
Is this reasonable? What's the right way to calculate?
