Just delid + relid my 7700k with TS. very fast and patience enough to explain my query. Temp before delid is idle 30C, Max temp under prime95 (small FFT) is 88C, after delid idle 30C, Max Temp 60-65C.

Tq tissue2306 for delidding my old Sandy Bridge i5 2500k and Ivy Bridge i7 3770k.
Tested i7 3770k 4.5 OC after delidding overall temperature drop somewhere 10 degrees ~ 15 degrees Haven't test i5 2500k yet. Await this few days coming holiday to reinstall windows and stuffs. |

Just gone ahead and had TC delid my processor. It went smooth without a hitch and took about thirty minutes ish. Haven't yet popped the processor back in, but overall it was well worth the trip
