i stopped using this old account for quite many years. i forgot i have this account till recently to just open a complaint.
recently i registered a new account to chat, moderators blocked it for no apparent reasons.
emailed helpdesk for clarification, helpdesk not even bother to reply.
so, i registered another new account, moderators blocked my new account again for no reason!
i did not harassed any forummers or go spamming in serious topic sections
you guys setting rule not allow people to register extra accounts, yet you telling people to register new extra account: https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/4215888 ?


reasons why people choose to create new account:
1- you don't let people close their old account
2- you don't let people change username
3- you moderators, admin said the only way to change username is to create new account.

and now, you moderators and admin going around blocking old forumers' new accounts for no apparent reasons!

not allow people create new account, yet telling people create new account if want to change username! Just how contradicting is that
