my first work is measuring case size for side,front and motherboard tray since i try to custom all the part core x71 i think can fit 420 rad but im going to use 240 rad only   measuring top panel thinking to create custom top with acrylic material  i think im going to let it maintain with stock look for back io panel  since i dont want to risk any motherboard im using biostar tpower i45 motherboard to measure tray and offset for my part  i think can fit 2 330ml reservoir but im going to use 220 res only

remove all standard fan which came with x71  front panel switch button,its easy to remove only 2 screw used to mount it  cutting front panel because i will fully custom with it only need the frame
|

sanding frame and side panel with orbital sanding 320grit  . wet sanding with 800 grit to get smoother finish  using tack cloth to remove all dust,oil

undercoat silver to get the colour right  thinning the paint to 2:1 ratio with thinner  Undercoat Process for all part

Finish Part Top part  Front Panel  now i start to knit front panel with hemp cord  slowly progress  half done  done tighten all rope
