Trust me bruh....I was speechless when their CS told me that. But nevertheless, they delivery my ipad yesterday hahaa despite the fact the that they told me I have to wait till monday rclxm9.gif

Having had the iPad 2018 for three weeks now, I concur with your observations. I noticed that when I'm downstairs (my router is upstairs) the WiFi connection is pretty spotty, especially if I'm on the 5 GHz band. It seems to get disconnected every now and then compared to my previous iPad Air 2 which was quite stable.

I had that connection spotty issue until I changed my router. My guess is the 5ghz band may not be as strong enuf to penetrate walls and tiles as 2.4ghz. Previously I had the Asus RT-N12HP which doesn't even have 5ghz band. Watch youtube not aware it dropped to LTE, wasted my quota.

Changed to Asus Lyra, no dropouts ever since.

Went to Switch, saw the 32GB at RM1366 while the 128GB at 1744. Very tempting price. But will the 2GB ram having problem?

Ya, my iPad also went from WiFi to LTE in the middle of a WhatsApp call but luckily I realised it before it finished off the data quota, haha. 2.4GHz does seem more stable than 5GHz though. Nevertheless will continue to observe and see.

All previous ipad only have 1GB ram except Ipad Pro 9.7 have 2Gb and Ipad Pro 12.9 have 4GB.

Should be ok for daily usage.

iPad 2018 users with Apple Pencil, is the Pencil useful? I still can't bring myself to buy a RM400 stylus just for casual note-taking. I'm no sketch artist! laugh.gif

Cheapest is probably from GO Shop with 12% discount. (128GB @ RM15xx) But currently out of stock. And it comes with additional 1 year warranty.

Only for casual note taking? NO. Lol. You'd be better off looking for pen and paper to take notes. Or just type on it.
Some additional reminders, the pencil can't be used fully for navigations, like can't pull down notifications or pull up the control centre. Also the additional steps of pairing and charging biggrin.gif biggrin.gif
