PROBLEM SOLVED.

It turns out it was my anti virus. Everything works after I disabled them.

In Command Prompt (as per your picture), type the following :-

ipconfig /release

ipconfig /renew

also make sure your pc IP is auto-assigned (not fixed).

If the above doesn't work, change the LAN cable.
If the above also doesn't work, change the Ethernet card.

I've tried all of those except changing the network card.

Anyway, my problem solved. It turns out that my anti virus was the culprit. Disabled my anti virus and everything works just fine. doh.gif
