Go look for licorice or kigelia, those 2 are natural pigmentation lightening agents.

Thanks for the feedback.
May I know where can I get these?
Are they safely be consumed or applied?

Licorice is a root (like ginseng) while kigelia is a fruit (like cempedak). You can eat them but for lightening pigmentation, usually just apply it topically.

Basically I'm suggesting you to look & use creams or serums which contains those as the main ingredients. I'm just pointing out that those are well known for pigmentation issues, like how argan oil is well known for its anti-aging properties, shea butter is known for its moisturizing properties or manuka honey is known for its anti bacterial properties.
