i used sony a7 before, but you compare with a7MII the autofocus is faster 20% not just video and also photo too on af iso is about same with a7 plus a7 dont have 5 axis but a7MII got this i can say if you are video lover then is this is good for video. one a7r autofous is slower but good thing is the pic megapixel is very huge for photographer for the video still ok

but then if you on tight bajet also can use sony a7 is really quite good camera just got a few problem i find out is the autofocus slow compare to a7mii second is the battery juice quite fast haha compare to dslr due to using Electronic view finder EVF power haha and also the mount of the camera of sony a7 it will lossen one after a few years you need to change metal e-mount ring, there is no 5 axis, hand held if you ask me i prefer sony a7 more nice than sony a7mii of course got pro and con la anyway sony a7 is really a beginning FF E-mount camera anyway bec of gst i force to upgrade to a7mii haha is really feel the different you can feel the iso can pump to 6400 and still good that time im using 24-70 f4 with sony a7 anyway have fun
