I'm working with a supplier who requires a 3D format "stp" from solidworks, but a friend mentioned that, that is an engineering software?

Is it possible to use any 3D softwares?

I have ZERO knowledge on this and I'm attempting to recreate this:

I've been trying to look for tutorials with this and maybe try it on SketchUp?

Any suggestions or recommendations? Or anyone who can help me out with this? I don't mind paying.

Thank you!

I think you can use AutoCAD then convert to .stp (STEP file). If you are budget constraint, maybe can try FreeCAD.
