Did ownership transfer through TS last week. Everything is a breeze.
Took around 7-8 working days for the transfer to be completed. Might be a long stretch of time, but useful for someone who can't drag the other owner with you to do ownership transfer at the center. TS keeps me updated on the process through both email and whatsapp.
I've dealt with TS before by doing MNP from maxis to celcom previously, and is a repeat customer. The good service never change
