Celcom, Maxis, Umobile and Tunetalk.

For tunetalks ownership transfer do we need to follow this or not?

1.Number must be active with Tune Talk for at least 6 months
2.Number must be reloaded with RM300

why i say this? because this info was given by tunetalk through live chat.

I just hope you can help change/transfer ownership for DiGi, then can say best service already..

from what telco to what telco?

My mum has been using Celcom service since year 2004, and by that time government not yet annouced that all SIM card holder must register their IC.
Now I wan change telco service for mum from Celcom to Umobile, and they said the sim card not registered under my mum name so she can't port out.

So in this case i don't have the other party info, can you help to change hp number ownership as well?

when i go to umobile they said i needed to subscribe to their postpaid for a few months first before can change name. If i do through you no need to do this?

1. You must send me the new and old owner's IC front and rear, sharp, clear and straight to me.
2. Full info for both party eg new address, contact number, email, signature if applicable and mum's name if applicable.
3. Both party must acknowledge of the ownership transfer.
4. Both party no need go to the service centre unless the info is not registered correctly.
5. Yes, I can do transfer ownership for foreigners too but I need the passport photocopy. Additional RM20 for this.
6. You must fully follow the procedure and fully cooperate with me during the process.
7. The process may took up to 3 weeks but if everything smooth, usually done in less than a week.
