if only I could find the downloads for the wing commander series.
My favourite was 2, but 3 was awesome for Mark Hamill. too bad they had to kill off Hobbes
I remember the copy protection for prince of persia, where you had to drink the right potion by referring to the manual. and once you lose the manual, you just picked a random potion, thus mortally poisoning the poor prince.
There's a serious lack of those "point and click" adventure games like Sam and Max (which has a remake, but i've never tried it) or Day of the Tentacle nowadays. the last one I played that have a resemblance to those games was Fahrenheit, or Indigo Prophecy.
that game showed promise in the beginning but turned to shit towards the end.
