There are homebrew rom's that look exactly like the arcade game.

ahh... sweet memories. but after a while, i tend to get bored with them and end up playing BF2142 instead.

though i got to say that the only oldies that manage to stay in my hard drive the longest has got to be Transport Tycoon Delux (open source)

You need to set it to Windows 95 compatibility mode. Right-click on the startup icon, select properties, and set compatibility to Win 95. Should work then.
