Please recommend me good brand & model of laptop/notebook

Less than MYR5000
any brand, any processor and any processor speed
256MB RAM, 30GB HD
Win XP Pro (Antivirus & Office, not necessary as i can install pirated one right?)
got built-in WiFi
cd-rom (floppy drive not necessary)
mainly for internet use (good graphic card not necessary)
good battery life
lightweight (or small)

i have look around in several website, such as Dell, Fujitsu
i just want your guys opinion

...and can you guys recommend me, how if i want to buy the notebook in installment? for at least 12months?
