Apple has just released it's new line of Powerbooks (Rev C). So the price of the current models has obviously dropped. My 15" Powerbook G4 now cost only around RM 7300, 12" iBook G4 now cost RM4000. I do think it's a great time to buy an Apple now people. Go to MacAsia website, nice service and staff. I once changed for a new model just for a cosmetic defects biggrin.gif . Happy hunting!

finally another  mac user ! tongue.gif

Yay... Sonic, between you and me, PC notebooks' build sucks. Cheap parts biggrin.gif and low resell value too! Of all the PC notebooks I've seen, I like the new Gateway the most. The design is simple compared to others and no cheesy logos and useless buttons (although some models still have them). If only they were available here! If I were to choose a PC notebook, my choice would be the M505 Series.Check it out!

If I were a PC user, I'd go for Winbook W Series (not sure if available here). The design is kinda obviously Powerbook wannabe but considered among the notebook uglies of PC world, this is nice.

Danny, go to Apple's Discussion Area and look for 15" Powerbook G4 category. There are tons of post about advice on buying decision the Powerbook. There are much more to Apple than just good looks and different systems. Good luck on your purchase!

P/S: If you are a hardcore gamer, use PC. I use mine to specifically to play games and downloading nasty stuff that I wouldn't want to be in my Powerbook. laugh.gif
