1) budget>2500
2) specifications you expect>alt least 2 gb ram .minimum xp..and 160 gb hard disk at the minimum
3) where u are going to use it.in my hostel..class....uni.and wifi cafes...
4) what are u going to use it for.studies..typing assignments..chating..download upload thing.
games but normal ones not latest can do..
