Canon 80D would be best with dual pixel autofocus. D5600 if prefer nikon. Or cheaper sony a5100 but can tilt up. If want 4k, perhaps look at panasonic line up (not sure which model has 4k ).

Alternatively there is the dji osmo gimbal stick.
