Just noticed from Portal RUMAWIP that another RUMAWIP project Residensi Rampai II gonna be open soon right after the launch by minister this coming 20 March rclxms.gif . I guess same developer for Residensi Rampai @ Parc Tower.

(i think rampai I, i checked the map, it's 1.2km to LRT ,which is still ok)

Rampai 1 is impossible to walk to LRT. I dont think there is any walkable route.

Sorry, wrong LRT, should be LRT Wangsa maju, Rampai I is walking distance, Rampai II is 2km.

3) 3r2
4) 2km from wangsamaju lrt station, not walkable but very very nice distance for driving a little bit only
5) total density lesd than 700, 3xx units per building? Wow!

if you meant far from LRT, it is not that far from LRT 2km+.
But to me, it is not practical enough to walk from this kind of distance.
Unless u love walking and on the positive side it keeps u healthy biggrin.gif

For LRT distance, I have friends from setapak jaya who would ride his bicycle to LRT WM. biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

Anyone applied this project? Why it takes ages to process? No update from developer nor rumawip too since May17. Is it because nobody applied this project? The developer is super passive also, no marketing whatsoever, unlike Sky World, their recent project Sky Awani 3. =(

I`ve applied for this unit in April 2017, it came out on the rumawip website not mistaken in march 2017

Just like a week ago (early nov), the developer called me and asked whether i`m still interested with the project, if so, they will proceed with dbkl process and their process. I said yes.
They also mentioned the balloting process will happen b4 year end.

all looks well so far

This developer is rather inefficient and slow in progress as compared to Sky World. This project is considered quite good looking at Rampai Residensi 1, and low density compared to others. But I prefer Sky Awani due to the developer efficiency, customer service, facilities and quality of the property. I was quite in the dilemma in choosing from these 2. But decided to go for Sky Awani 3.

Just found out there is bus stop within walking distance that can lead to LRT Sri Rampai. Nice. Im buying this unit. The only thing left now is the developer. I've read that this developer had been blacklisted before by KPKT. and got many issues some more

Location wise, not very convenience in terms of transportation. Only bus can go to LRT. Beside the condo got a lot of old flat. And there is a pasar malam on Saturday night. Other than that, the location is quite good. Near pasar pagi, a lot of eateries.

this quite accurate. but imo, those very near to LRT within KL area, either quite expensive or high density like Wangsa Maju, Tmn Melati.
the old flat i think around 100-200m apart from the location, there's near Rampai 1, and another 1 behind near the mosque.
i decide this unit oso bcos the area not so fancy and a lot shortcut/alternative road to go back from work drool.gif

U sure there are many alternative road to go and back from work? Stretch until u wan to cry recently. If most of the projects VP, i think wherever u go from there, it will only be jam jam jam and jam. I staying nearby there and very headache to jam. Early morning 6.45am start jam ady. Life difficult with so many new developments

i agree with you. but currently my home setiawangsa area oso bottle neck with the construction, plus only 1 road to reach home.
residensi rampai on other hand, can go from Jalan Semarak UTM, duke ayer panas exit (iirc the exit name), genting klang/setapak sentral, alpha angle/vanggey shortcut. quite lot option compared to setiawangsa - all have to go towards the duke jelatek road.

Hi..i am interested in buying rumawip, is SR2 worth it?.is it good investment for future? how bout the location wise? is there any other rumawip project (open for registration) much better than this. Hope that sifu2 can advice me. Thanks.

already submitted document for rumawip.

developer said there is few unit on level 8 and 9, maybe because of loan rejection.

but the parking is level 6, the lady said that , to reach level 6 parking, need to 'tawaf' the bulding one by one level.

honestly, at my rent house in shah alam. it is really painful when you need to go end -to-end of the building 5 times just to reach level 6 parking.
