hmmm.. i had a flat tyre before and change to spare tyre and i can confirm this not due to spare tyre laugh.gif. apart from that, i not sure myself. is it happen right after u change the tyre?
*
i had the ESC light turned on with spare tyre fixed at the front-left. it turned on under accelaration and when turning. Once change back to the standard wheel then the ESC light didnt lit up.

if those lights persist after changing back to the std wheel then need to check with SC.

but in this case the owner had puncture on rear tyre. esc only front right?

ESC should be on all wheels. i understand that ESC influence braking (EBD) as well.

not so sure on about other lights

i see. i thought only front. but if he getting lights, why some of us dont? i one of them

not sure about him.

my incident involve slow puncture, got screw stuck in. then change from 15inch wheel to the tiny spare, under-inflated spare some more. Feel the front senget. sure got wheel slip thats why the ESC triggered.

how much is a pair of original wheel chamber cost...got conned by Tyre shop to replace it...now steering is not straight and at high speed car veer the left....already done balancing and alignment at proton sc...but steering is not centered...
*
my problem may not be the same as yours but still on alignment issue. Did the alignment outside, dont know what but the car understeer and front wheel shudder a lot when making tight turn.

Sent back to Mutiara Dsara SC, it was solved for about RM60. Not sure if you already tried this SC

i do indeed have a weak battery (from what the sc told me), but these issues happen after I started my car, so not sure does the battery plays a role here.
*
CVT? maybe TCU update may help. Had about the same issue with my previous saga FLX. Now using iriz manual, engine die only if i am not careful with the clutch.

not on a flyover but flat road.

yesterday when i'm stuck in the traffic before a highway toll while opposite lane were not, a GTR R35 passed by lightning fast, at that time i can feel my car is goyang also. it happened so and i looked at the cars around me, checking whether their's are goyang or not. sweat.gif

is this common or not eh?  rclxub.gif
*
normal lah. when big (or fast) vehicle pass by, a low pressure area created behind it. your car pulled into this low pressure area. in tall car like iriz, suspension allow this goyang to happen particularly with soft/comfort setup

if your car has stiff and/or short travelling suspension than u wont feel goyang so much i.e. satria neo

Sigh. Already clearly stated what I want. And I am indirectly telling you money is not an issue, within reason.

Thank you anyway for your opinion.

Anyone else care to give a recommendation?

175/65r14 tyres are in comfort/eco category. CC6 is one of them. i used CC5 before and it is not bad for comfort tyre. Not much category for this size.

For 195/55R15 you can go up to PS3 which is over RM200. they said this is the best of the lot. IDK. For me i just change to Hankook V12E2 for RM180. Good enough tyre for me compared to eco tyre that i used before.

you can try mudah.my if you want to survey for tyre

Sorry I neglected to mention I'm using Iriz 1.6 so 15 inch for me.

Interesting that you recommend PS3? I was under the impression that that is more speed/handling oriented.
*
Not a recommendation but if money is no issue, then u can go for a reputable brand, which usually expensive. And yes ps3 is handling oriented

I read some reviews and forum before deciding on tyre that I wanted. Hankook was the choice as it fits my budget, nice looking thread pattern and it was made in korea. Other than that IDK what to comment tongue.gif
