I actually like self collectable courier.

Ninjavan can allow self collect at MBE outlet, its convenience and much versatile than have to camp at home 24/7 just for courier...

Since the courier pay visit to MBE daily (while for residential or office, they may not do so depending on whether its economical and there's enough parcels in your region) at precise timing, you will get an overall much more consistent and better service.

I won't mind if i didn't have to PAY for DELIVERY first then being told i can do "CONVENIENT SELF COLLECTION".

If they want customers to self-collect then they shouldnt be charging for delivery and give option to select "Convenient" self collection.

NinjaVan specific perks I think. No charge, just select an MBE in a link they say before delivery will do.  Sadly we dono what courier will seller use, hence we can't decide how will we receive it.

Often my parcels get transited at Friday night, like now; let say tomoro I'm not at office, I need to gamble whether they will deliver to office or not, and sometimes they do sometimes don't, really headache. If item in transit for delivery, I can't even go their warehouse to pickup...

But last time when I deal with a branch of Gdex, they advice just leave a note at address there, "OFFICE COLLECTION", that will save their and our hassle tracking where are the parcels locating.

Problem is, most of the time we do not know which courier will be sending our barang.  Some of the offices can be very inconvenient for me to go.

Oh, they do deliver to Melaka?  I knew its by them but dunno whether they have an office here in Melaka?

wtf, LEX delivery failed. LEX come earlier at 12.30pm and deliver my 1st item and my second item deliver at 1.30pm, and tracking said failed to deliver
