Guys, i made order on lazada this morning and just now they came to send my parcel. But the thing is on the parcel they got my name and phone number wrongly but the adresss correct. I ordered earphone but the parcel kinda big tho i dont dare open. I said to them on the lorry and they said " takpe nanti kami check". And they took the parcel and went off. But i wrote my name and ic number already and gave it to them. Sked later i kena con. How? What should i do now?

Serious ah? Watafak faka lazada? Got any number i should call ah?

Or should i cancel order on the app? Will get refund?

I called the CS already. They said my order still in process. They havent send the item to courrier to fetch to me yet.
But the thing is the address i use is my work place how can someone else use my work place address. The name and phone number are not mine on the parcel. Haih nvm la first time ordering via lazada. Just wait lo.
Yeah should have check the tracking number tho. My bad coz in hurry. Sigh
