i used to get that but because didnt notice got email. called cs and explained i wrote in cancellation wanted bank transfer, didnt know will get email or anything because in the cancellation already got ask bank details. they check the store credit, and then proceed to cancel it and give via bank transfer. store credits are in a way, helping lazada make their sales better. if they give rm100 store credit at price of rm95 also they can still make better money than getting rm85 for selling a rm100 item after we use rm15 voucher

this is 21st pre-bday sales. dont know about the phone, but some items price mark up like the cat food is rm63 but usually its rm60 with 10% bank promo

ya i usually do this when lazada change price. once bought item but forgot to use ezback voucher, did this also. ordered new one using voucher, returned the first order after it arrived

im not sure what act is considered abusing the system but lazada does offer "change of mind" on those items, and i dont see anything wrong with returning an item within its timeframe and conditions, regardless of reasons. it is a service that they're offering, and it makes them ahead of their competitors. which in return, makes customers return to buy more and more items from them

to what its worth, i did call SC and ask prior to ordering a new one. they said the as item is fulfilled by lazada and returnable due to change of mind, they wont mind and continued with informing me the steps on how to do returns to pos laju centers. they did however say that please dont do so when no "satisfaction guaranteed" is offered

and fortunately im not one of those who did what you said. i dont even have an fb account at the moment, too much cyberfootprint worries me

happened to me once. 3 orders via LEX, all were 5 days late, the address i sent to was in subang. they said outside city, a bit late. i told them that subang is in city, they sent email saying they're late and sorry

only after i sent 2 tickets for each order, did they change to pos laju (which sampai next day) luckily they gave 1 sorry voucher. but i really needed the item on time, it was work related

now, when i see its LEX, i will check the dates and on 5pm of final expected date havent arrive, i'll call and directly ask to resend using pos laju
