I find it sad though that people actually need a template to "ask for things nicely". Not cynical. Sigh.

mine a bit weird, ordered screen protector and order got cancelled from seller side.. still received the screen protector 2 days later rclxms.gif

Not all bad la...I can also be considered a silent reader, since I don't post much, but I check this thread very, VERY frequently...I don't post much because I don't earn 20k and can't afford to buy first, regret later... sweat.gif I try to answer some questions posted here whenever I can, but most of the times, the sifus here will respond quite fast...

tldr: Posting in a thread like this with hardcore shoppers and sifus can be intimidating... sweat.gif

That is weird .my button was grey out. Once the seller shipped out then it become orange which means I can cancel but too late

i didn't even have to do anything, order confirmed->order cancelled due to no stock->lazadaex at my doorstep. i also didn't know what they were sending because i had 0 orders after the got cancelled. nvm, i just whistling.gif

That shows that Lazada CS mostly get raging feedbacks or request voucher as if it's a must. Don't forget, Lazada has no obligation to give it at the first place. It's just being nice that gets you extra stuff. Treat others how you want to be treated - The Golden Rule thumbsup.gif

Yeah, only 1 time I go rage about report to Tribunal Pengguna and so on, then they refuse to give me voucher.
Next time might be polite and ask nicely.
