Guys I have problem when try to checkout item. It said need to use other payment option but i already tried like 4 different debit cards but same problem occured.

WTF Lazada claimed their vendor wrongly put that bank promotions on their product!

I think reject when arrived only possible if you do COD as payment method. I've done it before.

If item already shipped, just return the item & fill in the return form in Lazada.
