Can someone recommend me the a brand and specific model of tower casing that can fit this mATXmATX board ?

If possible slim like this i will be very happy

Normally that type of short casing uses Mini-ITX board.

Have you seen the ones from Fractal Design and Silverstone? Unfortunately our own brand doesn't have any at the moment, if not can recommend to you.

I also in the market for 1. Fortunately found old Dell Vostro case which can fit mATX board. Problem is normal ATX power supply cannot use.

Try some AC power input, their size are super small so it's easy to attach them anywhere you like.
Search for "Pico PSU", available up to 400W. obviously you need compatible external power brick for it though.

Since most cases are designed to accommodate ATX PSU, they can't really get any smaller. If want slim mATX, would need to search for HTPC cases that uses SFX/1U-PSU from some lesser known brands. Taobao is probably your best bet.
