Hi guys, Bought a LG LED 55LA9700 some 2.5 years back for around 9k. Recently noticed this gray shade on the left of the TV as seen in the image below with football broadcast. After a month or two another appeared in the middle of the TV. Product out of warranty just by 5 months. Anyone here know whats wrong ? and is it fixable ? also will it get worse day by day ? Thanks in advance.

I believe this is due to some of the backlight LEDs dropping off or being misaligned. There are many youtube videos on how to fix this. FYI, you will need to open up the TV and readjust / glue the backlight in place. Quite a simple procedure but of course need to open up the TV which many people not comfortable doing. If you are up for it, give it a try but make sure you check many videos on the topic first. Good luck.
