I think is existing Gombak LR station.....will be eventually developed into one stop terminal like Tasik Selatan station.

Based on the draft, the ITT Gombak (Integrated Transport Terminal) located just beside Putra LRT Gombak station.

apart from just merely balik kampung..
this plan is actually build for utilizing the ports in east coast region, especially Kuantan port where Chinese company are still upgrading since few years back.
the purpose is to let the vessel unload @ kuantan port and than pakai train to reach KV, so they could by pass Singapore. this way the vessel could save 3 days time compare to now.
read frm somewhere but forgotten frm mana already. as a kuantanese who frequent travel to KL, i tracking this ECRM news for few years already.

MCKIP is part of the grand plan. it s not  far from the port also.
