it depends on how you read it with your preconceive notions of what matters to you. a literal outlook or an abstraction. also interpretations in english adds another layer to it ....Section 3 Tao Te Ching

and these are just the top half of the chapter, what the bottom half prescribes and how does it resonate with the top half ? and how about the duality concept espoused in chapter 2 and its abstract use in this chapter ?
